Patricia S. (Glenn) Swihart

Swihart, Patricia S., 66, died Sunday, September 26, 2010, at her Wichita, Kansas, residence. She was born July 11, 1944, at Childress, Texas, the daughter of Carroll and Phillis (Headon) Glenn. As a young girl she attended school at Glennwood, Hamilton Junior High, and East High School, graduating in 1962. She was a retired cosmetologist and had retired from McCormick-Armstrong Printing Company.On May 21, 1966, she married Michael A. Swihart at Wichita, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include:son, Troy Swihart of Wichita; daughter, Tracy Swihart of Wichita; father, Carroll Glenn of Wichita; brother, James Glenn of Wichita; grandson, Michael Swihart, Jr. She is preceded in death by her mother, Phillis. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, September 30, 2010, at Lakeview Chapel, Wichita. Friends may call from 10 a.m., until service time at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery. Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary, Meade, Kansas, is in charge of arrangements.
