Frederick Peter Johnson Jr was born on June 25, 1944. According to our records Kansas was his home or enlistment state and Sedgwick County included within the archival record. We have Wichita listed as the city. 

He had enlisted in the United States Army. Entered the service via Regular Military. Served during the Vietnam War. He began his tour on January 14, 1968. Johnson had the rank of Sergeant. Attached to 25th Infantry Division, 1st Battalion, 8th Artillery, C Battery. 

 

During his service in the Vietnam War, Army Sergeant Johnson experienced a traumatic event which ultimately resulted in loss of life on May 30, 1969Recorded circumstances attributed to: Non-Hostile Died of Illness or Injury, Suicide, Ground Casualty. Incident location: South Vietnam, Hua Nghia province.
